Hartecs role through this project was to act as the site construction manager including constructability inputs, program review and site superivision to ensure efficient delivery of the works consistent with the requirements of the construction contract.   Key packages of works included:

• Bulk earthworks to final level and roads are generally at subgrade level for a 300mm nominal depth pavement.
• Roadworks, Keppel Block and Standstone block retaining walls, stormwater and roofwater drainage including the construction of the major box culvert across the channel/swale excluding the supply of the box culvert units.
• Water reticulation including standard hydrants, valves and lot connections plus sewer reticulation.
• Electrical and Telecommunication conduiting and pits installed in accordance with the design.
