Hartecs were engaged to design 121 residential allotments over several stages for Sea Haven Estate.
Sea Haven is located off Cottesloe Street, Havenwood Drive and Eucalyptus Avenue near the Taranganba School, Yeppoon. Hartecs delivered civil engineering designs for roads, intersections, stormwater, sewer, water, earthworks and retaining walls. Contract administration and certification services for the construction were also included. Services provided included:
