Council’s have an end-to-end program/project delivery responsibility throughout project identification, prioritisation, planning, design and construction.
Rockhampton Regional Council identified a gap in program controls and reporting at a program-level. Hartecs were engaged to lead the development of two separate Program Management Plans to act as independent but inter-related management frameworks underpinned by documentation, guidelines and templates.
The suite of documents outlined how Council manage, execute and control capital infrastructure projects and covered all management and control procedures.
Our role then evolved into undertaking a 12-month review of the plan as well as first-hand delivery of capital projects using the documentation.
