Hartecs assisted with preparation of supporting engineering documentation consisting of the following: 

• Development Approval documentation including Engineering Services Report supporting change in application, Traffic Impact Assessment (reviewing and providing comments on turning movements, network capacity, carparking and proposed access), Stormwater management Plan, and Water and Sewer Network Analysis consisting of consultation with Council to determine whether an updated analysis was required.  
• Operational Works Plans and Tender Documentation including Detailed Design and Plans using 12d design software to produce a full model of the proposed development, Tender Schedule including the preparation of the Bill of Quantities from the design and an esitmate of cost produced for the OPW application and completion of plans and estiamte of costs and lodgement with Council.
