Hartecs were engaged to plan and design the access arrangement from the Bruce Hwy (10F) for the proposed multi-function use service station.
Hartecs delivered civil engineering design for roads, intersection, heavy vehicle rest and driver respite area, facilities for caravans and general public transport usage. Hartecs also delivered a design report, aquaplaning check and safety in design report for TMR submission. Consultancy Scope included:
Preparing tender documentation, tendering support and tender evaluation and provide recommendation of preferred contractor for tender award
