Hartecs were engaged as a Project Manager (Planning) for the North Coast Region Investment Planning branch to manage the development of investment business cases for TMR under both the Olympic National Partnership Agreement (NPA 2019-2024) program and the Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games 2032 program worth in excess of $2 billion.
Major Business Cases that were managed by our resources included:
- Caloundra Road/Bells Creek Arterial/Kawana Way Interchange
- Kawana Motorway (Woodland Blvd – Maroochy River Interchange)
- Sunshine Motorway (Dixon Road to Maroochy River Interchange)
Key outcomes are not only economic benefit but also assessment of infrastructure sustainability and risk to inform the TMR future business investment decision. The integration with rail and public transport solutions are being considered as part of deliverables.
