The Crimson Finch Brewery, located in Yeppoon, is an artesian brewery capable of producing up to 36,000 litres of craft beer per year.
Hartecs were engaged to support the brewery through a Material Change of Use (MCU), Development Application (DA) and application for an artisan brewing license process. This involved liaison with Livingstone Shire Council Development Assessment team, Liquor Licensing and other industry stakeholders to prepare and develop the associated planning and development documentation, including a series of planning reports, site plans and layouts.
Crimson Finch was the first craft beer brewery within Livingstone Shire and is located in a prominent beach front location. Since opening, the brewery has had success winning four awards at the Royal QLD Beer Awards.
