Hartecs have been engaged on an ad-hoc basis to lead, write and provide technical input into a number of grant funding applications for Rockhampton Regional Council.
Key funding applications we have worked with Council with include:
- Building Better Regions Fund (BBRF) – North Rockhampton Sewerage Treatment Plant Upgrade
- Building Better Regions Fund (BBRF) – Botanic Gardens & Zoo Redevelopment Visitor Hub
- Growing Regions Program – Lemur Enclosure
- General advocacy and lobbying documentation for major capital projects
Our role has included drafting grant documentation, development of necessary supporting documentation (concept designs, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis etc.), and on-going reporting and management of funds. Hartecs has a pre qualified arrangement with Local Buy with an appointment on the Business Management and Consulting Services LB309 Panel which is utilised by Local Councils in Queensland and around Australia and by a variety of other organisations including Universities, State Government and Utilities.
